ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The conference invites research papers on marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. We welcome research papers exploring marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the International Review Committee, with accepted papers to be published in a refereed journal, offering authors valuable academic visibility.
Without a doubt, they need each other – the academics may be poor financially but ever willing to share their wealth of knowledge while businesses and policymakers have experiences which will augment the journey to a better future. Together, we can create a superior education quality that enhances business practices and performance in this borderless world.
The joint conference seeks to:
- Provide a global platform for researchers in the fields of management, marketing, retailing, tourism, and hospitality to disseminate and enrich solutions to emerging issues and challenges for these two fields;
- Encourage cross-disciplinary dialogues by integrating different research findings and knowledge from diverse geographical, sectorial and institutional perspectives;
- Engage participants in intellectual discourses where theories and practices are dissected and discussed through the sharing of findings in both applied and basic research studies;
- Encourage academics, practitioners, and students explore and learn new and innovative techniques, specifically in the areas of marketing, retailing, entrepreneurship, tourism, hospitality and customer service;
- Provide an avenue for postgraduate students to strengthen their communication skills and confidence to present their research findings.
- Bring about a global alliance to enhance the quality and strength of the International Conference on Marketing and Retailing (INCOMaR) and Tourism Outlook Conference (TOC).

Publication Opportunities
All accepted full papers will be given the option to publish in e-proceedings, or in journals indexed by MYCITE (free of charge), or in journals indexed by SCOPUS (subject to additional publication fee).
