ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The conference invites research papers on marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. Papers will be reviewed by at least two International Reviewing Committee members and published with CRC Press Taylors and Francis Group. The proceedings will be submitted for SCOPUS indexed. Only empirical papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Other papers (Systematic Literature Review and Conceptual) will not be published due to the indexing issues.

The joint conference is a step bringing practitioners, academics (specifically from Malaysia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and within the region) and policymakers together. Without a doubt, they need each other – the academics may be poor financially but ever willing to share their wealth of knowledge while businesses and policymakers have experiences which will augment the journey to a better future. Together, we can create a superior education quality that enhances business practices and performance in this borderless world.


The joint conference seeks to:

  • Provide a global platform for researchers in the fields of management, marketing, retailing, tourism, and hospitality to disseminate and enrich solutions to emerging issues and challenges for these two fields;
  • Encourage cross-disciplinary dialogues by integrating different research findings and knowledge from diverse geographical, sectorial and institutional perspectives;
  • Engage participants in intellectual discourses where theories and practices are dissected and discussed through the sharing of findings in both applied and basic research studies;
  • Encourage academics, practitioners, and students explore and learn new and innovative techniques, specifically in the areas of marketing, retailing, entrepreneurship, tourism, hospitality and customer service;
  • Provide an avenue for postgraduate students to strengthen their communication skills and confidence to present their research findings;
  • Bring about a global alliance to enhance the quality and strength of the International Conference on Marketing and Retailing (INCOMaR) and Tourism Outlook Conference (TOC). 

 

Registration and Submission

Registration and submission of Full Paper must be done electronically through the online submission system.

  • Click on the "Online Submission" menu to submit your abstract(s) / full paper.

(All accepted full papers will be given an option to publish in e-proceedings or journal indexed by MYCITE /SCOPUS)
